Coming together monthly on the full moon or close to it. Release what no longer serves your highest good and embrace what your higher self desires for you moving forward.
A beautiful night of guided meditation, drumming, vocals, releasing, embracing and opening up to the goodness of the universe. BYO drum, rattles, clap sticks etc.
We do have some spare instruments you can use, if you don't have your own. Come on your own or come along with friends.
No previous experience necessary.
This is an indoor event. Filtered water, herbal tea and coffee provided.

Birth your own medicine drum, 1 day workshop.

A sacred instrument to support your journey of transformation, healing, song and expression.
We start the day with a smudge cleansing to purify our energy.
Followed by a guided meditation to prepare for birthing your drum and beater. Honouring the elements used to make your drum with a sacred blessing. You will be guided step by step in making your drum and beater. No experience necessary and all materials will be supplied to make your drum (please bring a towel).
You learn a lot about yourself when you are making a drum, drum medicine demands you being present and having patience. It shows you many things if you're open to receive its wisdom.
